Here, when we mention "we," "us," "our," or "the Company," we're referring to Royalchallenger, including our associated mobile applications ("Apps"). Our platform and everything it encompasses is owned and operated by Royalchallenger.

Before you dive into using our Site and Apps, please take a moment to carefully review and agree to the terms outlined below. Please refrain from using our platform if you do not agree with these terms.

In the context of our Privacy Policy, when we mention "you," "your," or "user," we are addressing anyone who either registers an account to become a member or simply explores and interacts with our Site and Apps. Your understanding and acceptance of these terms are essential as you engage with Royalchallenger. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

Usage of Royalchallenger:

For anyone accessing Royalchallenger or the Royalchallenger App ('Royalchallenger platform') to participate in various contests and games, including fantasy games ('Contests') available on Royalchallenger platform 'Royalchallenger Services'), these Terms and Conditions, along with all other rules, regulations, and terms provided by Royalchallenger in connection with any Royalchallenger Services, apply.

Royalchallenger reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use at any time by posting them on Royalchallenger. By using Royalchallenger, you accept these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use, as may be amended from time to time. Royalchallenger may also notify you of changes by sending an email to your registered email address or posting notifications in your account. You may choose to indicate non-acceptance of the modified terms via the options provided in such an email or notification. If you do not exercise these options within the specified time frame, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified terms.

Certain Royalchallenger Services may be subject to additional rules and regulations. If these Terms and Conditions conflict with additional conditions, the additional conditions shall prevail.

Royalchallenger reserves the right to:

Restrict, suspend, or terminate a User's access to all or part of Royalchallenger or Royalchallenger Platform Services.
Change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Royalchallenger Platform Services.
Reject, move, or remove material submitted by a User.
Move or remove content available on Royalchallenger Platform.
Establish general practices and limits on Royalchallenger Platform use.
Due to changes in the roster of players involved in the relevant Sports Event, the roster of players available for selection in a Contest needs to be revised.
Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts to any entity (with prior intimation to all Users via their registered email ids).
If a User breaches these Terms and Conditions, or if Royalchallenger reasonably believes a User has violated them or improperly used Royalchallenger or Royalchallenger Services, Royalchallenger may, at its sole discretion and without notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate the User's access, deactivate or delete the User's account and related information, remove content posted by the User, and take any necessary legal and technical steps.

If Royalchallenger charges Users a platform fee for any Royalchallenger Services and a suspension or removal of a User's account or Royalchallenger Services occurs due to negligence or deficiency on the part of Royalchallenger, Royalchallenger will promptly refund the platform fee. However, this does not apply if the suspension or removal is due to the User's breach or inadequate performance of these Terms and Conditions, or circumstances beyond Royalchallenger's reasonable control.

Users consent to receiving communications, including announcements, administrative messages, and advertisements, from Royalchallenger or its partners, licensors, or associates.

Registration for a Contest:

To participate in our contests, we require participants to provide accurate information during registration. Here's what you need to provide:

Participants are also required to confirm that they have read and agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions.

Please note that if you indicate that you are a resident of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana during the address entry, you will not be allowed to sign up for any paid contests.

Once you've entered this information and clicked on the "register" tab, and if you are above the age of 18 years, you will receive an email confirming your registration and providing your login information.

Intellectual Property:

Royalchallenger features a blend of content created by Royalchallenger, its partners, affiliates, licensors, associates, and Users. The intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") of all software underpinning Tradewood Technologies and the Royalchallenger Platform, as well as the material published on Royalchallenger, including games, Contests, software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clips, and Flash animations, are owned by Royalchallenger, its partners, licensors, and/or associates. Users are not permitted to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or in any way exploit any materials or content on Royalchallenger, either in whole or in part, without express written permission from Royalchallenger.

Users can request permission to use any Royalchallenger content by contacting Royalchallenger Helpdesk.

Users bear sole responsibility for all materials (whether publicly posted or privately transmitted) that they upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available on Royalchallenger ("Users' Content").

Each User affirms and warrants that they own all Intellectual Property Rights in Users' Content and that no part of Users' Content infringes on any third-party rights.

Users also confirm not to display or use the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights of any third party on Royalchallenger.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royalchallenger, its directors, employees, affiliates, and assigns against all costs, damages, losses, and harm, including litigation costs and counsel fees, arising from any third-party claims, including claims for infringement of Intellectual Property Rights, resulting from the display or use of names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights on Royalchallenger, by the User or through the User's actions or omissions.

Users hereby grant Royalchallenger and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish Users' Content for the following purposes:

Displaying Users' Content on Royalchallenger.
Distributing Users' Content, electronically or through other media, to other Users seeking to download or acquire it.
For a fee, users can access their content in a remote database.
This license applies to the distribution and storage of Users' Content in any form, medium, or technology.

All names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights on Royalchallenger, belonging to any person (including Users), entity, or third party, are recognized as proprietary to their respective owners. Any claims, controversies, or issues regarding these names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights should be directed to the respective parties, with notice to Royalchallenger.

Third Party Sites, Services, and Products:

On Royalchallenger, you may find links to other Internet sites that are owned and operated by third parties. When you use these external sites, you are subject to their respective terms and conditions, if any, as posted by those sites. Please note that Royalchallenger has no control over any websites apart from Royalchallenger itself, and we cannot be held responsible for any content residing on third-party websites. The inclusion of third-party content or links to third-party websites on Royalchallenger does not imply an endorsement by Royalchallenger of those third-party websites.

Any correspondence, transactions, offers, or related activities you engage in with third parties, including payment providers and verification service providers, are solely between you and that third party. Your interactions and transactions with such third parties will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies, and other service terms established by those third parties. It is your responsibility to review these terms before conducting any transactions or availing of services/offers from third parties. You acknowledge that Royalchallenger will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from such transactions/offers with third parties. If you have any questions, complaints, or claims related to any third-party product or service, please direct them to the appropriate vendor.

Royalchallenger features content created by Royalchallenger as well as content provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the content provided by third parties. Users should not rely on such third-party content when using Royalchallenger Services, including when participating in any contests hosted on Royalchallenger.

User Conduct:

At Royalchallenger, we expect all users to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other rules, regulations, and terms of use associated with our website. If a user fails to comply with these terms, Royalchallenger reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include but are not limited to:

Restricting, suspending, or terminating a user's access to some or all of Royalchallenger Services.
Deactivating or deleting a user's account along with any related information and files. Any unused balance in the user's account on the date of deactivation or deletion (subject to applicable TDS deductions effective from 1st April 2023) will be transferred to the user's registered bank account with Royalchallenger, subject to any applicable processing fees.
Withholding the awarding of prizes to such users.
Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and at all other times, as requested by Royalchallenger. Users must also promptly update their profile information if it changes.

Address-related details provided by users will be treated as the "Address on record" for tax purposes. In case of any changes to this information, users are responsible for promptly updating their profile on the Royalchallenger platform or contacting Royalchallenger through the helpdesk.

Users are not permitted to register or operate more than one user account with Royalchallenger.

It is essential for users to ensure that they can receive all communications from Royalchallenger by designating emails or SMSs from Royalchallenger as part of their "safe senders" list. Royalchallenger will not be held responsible if any email/SMS goes unread due to delivery to the user's junk or spam folder.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (username and password). If unauthorized account access or any security breach is suspected, users must immediately notify Royalchallenger.

Users are required to log out of their accounts at the end of each session. Royalchallenger will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from users' failure to comply with this requirement.

Royalchallenger strictly prohibits the use of cheats, exploits, automation, software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that could modify or interfere with Royalchallenger Services or the user experience.

Users may not copy, modify, rent, lease, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant security interests in, or transfer any rights to the technology or software underlying Royalchallenger or its Services.

Users may not disrupt or overburden Royalchallenger, its servers, or networks, nor may they assist in such disruptions or overburdening. This includes any attempts to disrupt the enjoyment of Royalchallenger Services by other users.

Users must not engage in any illegal activities while using Royalchallenger. This includes but is not limited to obscene, offensive, defamatory, or abusive actions or communications, as well as actions that threaten the unity, integrity, defense, security, sovereignty, or public order of India or any other nation.

Royalchallenger may restrict the usage of usernames that it deems obscene, indecent, abusive, or associated with official team/league/franchise names and/or the names of sporting personalities. In such cases, Royalchallenger reserves the right to change the username or delete it, notify the user, or take other appropriate actions.

Unauthorized access to Royalchallenger by any means other than through the provided interface is prohibited. Users agree not to use automated means, such as agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access, monitor, or copy any part of our website, except when explicitly approved in advance and in writing by Royalchallenger.

The use of Royalchallenger must comply with existing laws and legal processes. Royalchallenger retains the right to cooperate with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements related to users' use of Royalchallenger.

If users have concerns about a match or contest within 48 hours of winner declaration, they may reach out to Royalchallenger through the helpdesk.

Users must be above the age of eighteen (18) to participate in any contests or games on the Royalchallenger platform. Users are required to disclose their true age when accessing the Royalchallenger platform.

Royalchallenger is not responsible for user-contributed content on the platform.

Users confirm that they are participating in contests in a personal capacity and not as part of a business or profession.

Conditions of Participation:

When you enter a contest on our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We expect all participants to adhere to these rules, and we reserve the right to disqualify users or take appropriate actions if we find any unfair conduct or behavior that goes against the spirit of fair play or is detrimental to other users. This includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:

Falsifying Personal Information: Providing false personal information, such as name, email address, bank account details, or any other requested information, to enter a contest or claim a prize.

Financial Fraud: Engaging in financial fraud or misrepresentation, including unauthorized use of credit/debit instruments, payment wallet accounts, etc., to enter a contest or claim a prize. The burden of proof to the contrary lies solely with the user.

Collusion: Collaborating with other users or participating in syndicate play to gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of Contest Rules: Breaking any of the contest rules or the Terms of Use.

Unauthorized Point Accumulation: Accumulating points or prizes through unauthorized methods, such as automated bots or other automated means.

Using Automated Means: Using automated means, including bots, robots, parsers, spiders, or screen scrapers, to obtain, collect, or access information on the website or from other users.

Tampering: Tampering with the administration of a contest or attempting to tamper with computer programs or security measures associated with a contest.

Unauthorized Data Collection: Obtaining other users' information without their express consent or knowledge, and spamming other users. Spamming may include sending unsolicited emails, bulk emails to our users, or unwarranted email content.

Abuse: Abusing the website in any way, including using disrespectful language or slang.

Eligibility:

Our contests are designed for individuals who meet the following criteria:

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Participants must currently reside in India.

Additionally, please be aware that some Indian states have specific laws that may restrict participation in paid contests. Currently, residents of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana may not participate in the paid version of our contests due to legal restrictions or unclear regulations in these states.

To participate, you must also have a valid email address. We reserve the right to bar individuals from participating or withdrawing winning amounts if we find that they have insider knowledge of participating teams, organizing boards, leagues, or any unfair advantage.

Only participants who have successfully registered on our platform and registered prior to each match, following the outlined procedure, will be eligible to participate in the contest and have a chance to win prizes.

Tabulation of Fantasy Points:

To provide you with accurate fantasy points and game results, we may source score feeds and other relevant information from third-party service providers and the official website of the match organizer. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this data, please understand that we rely on these external sources for information.

In the unlikely event that we identify an error in the calculation of fantasy points, winner selection, or any issues related to a match's abandonment due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the data provided by third-party service providers or match organizers, we will do our best to rectify the error before distributing prizes.

It's important to note that Royalchallenger does not personally guarantee or claim responsibility for the accuracy of the data received from third-party sources. Therefore, we kindly request our users and participants not to make claims or raise complaints against Royalchallenger in this regard. We strive to offer a fair and transparent gaming experience, and your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Fair Play and Anti-Cheating Measures:

Our commitment is to ensure a level playing field and an enjoyable experience for all users. Cheating, collaborating to manipulate outcomes, or engaging in any form of unfair play is strictly prohibited. To maintain fairness, we have implemented measures to detect and prevent unfair practices. Individuals found violating these rules may face consequences, including the suspension or termination of their accounts.

Termination of Accounts:

In certain situations, we may find it necessary to suspend or close user accounts. This action may be taken if a user violates the rules outlined in our Terms and Conditions, participates in activities that undermine fair play, or uses the platform in ways that contravene our policies. When an account is terminated, it means the user will lose access to the platform and any associated winnings.

Permission To Use The Site And Applications:

We grant you permission to access and use our website and applications for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined here. You are also welcome to share links, images, text, and other content from our site and apps on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest, provided you link back to the original. Promotions, Contests, And Giveaways:

Our decision to overlook a single instance of noncompliance does not necessarily apply to subsequent cases. For a waiver to be valid, it must be in writing and communicated to you.
